This document can be used as stand-alone or as a next step form looking at the visual “Wheel of Life” exercise.  You can list out all the different areas that make up your client’s life (make sure you use their terminology and not what is just on the document). The next column is the “gaps” that need to be filled in. In other words, the actions that they would like to start taking to progress forward to close the gap. Lastly, there is the desired state/goal that your client would like to achieve. Of course this model can be adapted to suit your needs.

Simply enter your name and email address below and we'll email it to you right away (might take up to 15 minutes)!

We won't share your details - we hate spam as much as you do.  You can read our privacy policy here.

Stephanie Vora

Stephanie began her career at Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant and then spent the following 10 years within the retail ecommerce industry holding such positions as the Director of Online Marketing at Bloomingdale’s and the International Ecommerce Director at Space NK Apothecary. She has also worked in similar roles at Coach and Columbia House. In addition to her Coaching practice, she works as an Ecommerce Consultant for various retailers internationally such as Aspinal of London.

What she loved most about her time in the corporate world was creating an environment that helped her team to learn, develop and grow both professionally and personally. She has been told that her high level of connection and empathy was the basis of her success.

Stephanie earned a Business degree from Binghamton University with a double major in Finance and Marketing. She received dual academic certifications in Executive and Life Coaching from New York University and is continually training with Results Coaching Systems; a global ICF accredited organization that bases its coaching models on neuroscience. She also plays an active role in the coaching community taking part in mentoring, assessing and training activities.

She, like her clients, has her own personal goals and passions. Outside of coaching, she loves traveling; learning about new cultures, trying new cuisines, and looking forward to new experiences. She previously set a goal to visit 35 countries and was proud to say she accomplished it. Stephanie uses this passion for expression and adventure to further inspire my clients.
