The first is the ROQUE model which has been created by Executive Coach and CoachNetwork Member, Joseph D'Souza. I have completed this myself recently and used it to do my own personal annual review. The second tool is a five factor personality inventory called the Innate Index. It is free, generates a one-page summary based on initial norms of over 800 professionals and allows for solicitation of comments/reactions from others you might wish to share your results with. The creators have now also developed a 360-feedback format next and are looking for some organizations to conduct a validation study to show an association between the scales and job performance (sales organizations might make the most sense).
