What's Involved in the Phone Interview?

Whenever a coach applies to become a CoachNetwork member, someone from the CoachNetwork team will conduct a phone interview as part of the screening process.

The aim of the phone interview is:

  • to determine if our coaching philosophy and values are aligned
  • to get a better understanding of who you are and who you work with - this helps us to promote you effectively and send the right clients your way
  • to determine if you walk your talk
  • to get a sense of your rapport skills
The phone interview usually takes about 30 minutes while we ask you some basic questions about who you are and what you do. You won't need to prepare for this - the answers will flow naturally!
