A former Marketing Director, Business Consultant and Board Member of the International Coach Federation (Australasia), Juliette knows that new managers today often do not have the support, mentoring, coaching or guidance that they deserve. She understands the staff challenges they face and what they want solutions to.

A qualified Executive Coach with over 750 hours of coaching experience she has trained close to 1,000 leaders in Coaching Skills in face to face sessions around Australia.In 2009 she took the best of her material and repackaged it for the on-line market so that 1000's more new managers can benefit from it globally. Juliette is a business woman; author, public speaker, trainer, and coach with a passion for helping new managers leave a lasting positive legacy on those in their care.

Juliette lives in Pittwater, north of Sydney with her husband and two children and runs on-line coach training for new managers around the globe.
