Peter took early retirement from the medical profession in 2004 to embark on a coaching career. He is married with two teenage children. He enjoys walking, gardening and digital photography.

He finds that life coaching combines his curiosity, desire to help people and his work in self development "The biggest challenge in making the move from the health service to coaching was becoming non-directional", he says.

Understanding that people understand themselves best and as much as you might try you can never really know what is best for them takes a huge responsibility off your shoulders and allows you to focus on applying your coaching skills for their benefit.

Peter offers a flexible approach to coaching using a variety of formats, media and styles. He provides continuing email support during the relationship. He offers clients the benefits of his rich experience while remaining totally committed to the client's agenda.

He is especially interested in helping people with confidence, self-image and motivation challenges.
