The énergie Group has formed a strategic partnership with CoachNetwork to exclusively provide personal development services to its clients across its network of fitness and wellness businesses.  At énergie’s annual conference, Evolution, held at the Chesford Grange Hotel on Saturday 13th  October 2007, énergie Group CEO, Jan Spaticchia and CoachNetwork Founding Director Renée Caneva, jointly announced the exciting alliance to the network, in a first for both the fitness and coaching industries.

When the énergie Group was developing its 6 week results guaranteed émpower programme, a huge gap was identified in what has been traditionally offered by fitness clubs.  énergie recognised that even if its clubs had the latest in fitness equipment technology, the friendliest and most professional staff and the most popular classes, if a member doesn’t have the motivation to get off the couch or get out of bed and do some exercise, then they will never achieve their health and fitness goals.  The  émpower programme addresses a member’s mindset, ensuring that excuses, beliefs and disempowering thoughts don’t get in the way of their success.

In the first year since the émpower programme was launched at Evolution 2006, the network has seen some exciting results for its members, who have identified and eliminated old sabotaging beliefs and thoughts.  The workout mindset session has opened their eyes to the power of personal development and of course, coaching.  It is for this reason that énergie and CoachNetwork have joined forces, with the shared vision “empowering people to transform their lives”.
